The Abuse Prevention Foundation helps women, children and animals who have been devastated by abuse. The foundation goal is to educate, help prevent and recover from abusive relationships. The Foundation works to eliminate emotional, physical and psychological abuse within the family unit to promote healthy, happy and honest relationships. Because women play a key role at the heart of family relationships, the Foundation believes it can help contribute significantly to a healthier society by helping women contribute to the success of the family. We believe that every woman, child and animal has the right to live free of violence and neglect and that information and education can play a key role in prevention and recovery.

Abuse Prevention Foundation is involved in a wide range of projects. From Ocean Preservation, Refugee families, improvements to local animal shelters and a variety of annual fundraisers.
